Administrative and operations coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative and Operations Coordinator to work with a small, agile and multicultural team advocating globally for social justice, promoting economic, social and cultural rights, combating inequality and promoting gender justice.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrator in civil associations, foundations or the government sector.
Experience in payroll and financial accounting roles.
Work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and/or non-governmental organization with an international and multicultural environment.
Experience with digital tools for administration, finance and accounting (such as CONTPAQI, SAP).
Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish (essential). Additional French is an asset.
Collaborative personality with dedication to teamwork. Good sense of humor, flexibility and an overall good disposition.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to contribute positively as a team member.
Disposition to find innovative tools and approaches that fit the specific requirements of a relatively small organization, with presences in various countries and with a flexible and agile teams
