*Reporting to: Programme Director - Islamic Aid, Pakistan

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Since 2000, Islamic Aid has been supporting some of the poorest people in the world. As part of a scaling up plan, Islamic Aid intends to implement the BRAC Graduation model for the Ultra-Poor communities in Punjab, Pakistan. To help us launch, drive and monitor this project, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our management team.

A Masters degree in the relevant subject or equivalent.

Technical Skills

  • Previous experience of the BRAC Graduation Model an advantage but not essential

  • At least 5 years experience in program management and design

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in diverse intervention programs, including but not limited to livelihoods, microfinance, financial inclusion, psychosocial support and social integration

  • Strong operational focus

  • Sound understanding of MIS

  • Project planning and programme monitoring

  • Budget management

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility

  • Leader and a team player

  • People management skills

  • Strong IT skills - familiarity with Google Suite

  • Self-starter able to work on own initiative when required
