Position - Producer Unit Manager PU Manager.

Organization – Better Cotton Initiative Project, K.K. Fibers & Niranjanlal Agrawal Foundation Khargone M.P.

Location - Khargone District.

Role and Responsibilities -

·        Overall Management of Pus Administration,

·        Recruitment of Field Facilitators (FF) with proper process with prior permission of project Management,

·        Participation in IP, BCI trainings, Workshop and meetings,

·        Capacity Building of PU Staff and PU Farmer’s,

·        Produce various kinds of BCI reporting whatever required by IP& BCI and report to project manager within given time frame.

·        Provide technical trainings, BCI concept, system and working approach trainings, planning & review meetings as per project Guidelines,

·        Facilitation to LG trainings, Lead farmer trainings, women and worker trainings,

·        Cross verification of LG training sheet, adoption sheet, farmer field book, baseline survey, farmers list data and other documents relevant to BCI,

·        Regular field visits & surprise visits for monitoring and evaluation of field activities done by Field Facilitators,

·        Maintenance of all PU level project documents as per BCI requirements,

·        Identification and solutions of BCI cotton crop related field problems,

·        Conduct IP, BCI 2nd party credibility checks & 3rd party verification,

·        Conduct exposure visits of LF, LG members and project staff as per requirement,

·        Linkages with KVKs, Govt. Line Department & other Agencies like NGOs etc for mutual collaboration,

·        Coordination & Solutions of field staff problems,

·        Maintenance of daily diaries as per requirement of BCI,

·        Identification, promotion of innovative ideas in terms of Low cost crop management techniques,

·        Any other task assigned by project management.

Qualifications:

Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. First preference will be given to B.Sc. (Ag.), M.Sc. (Ag.), BSW and MSW.

Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 Years.

Salary - In five marks on basis of experience.
