Programme Manager JD

The responsibilities of the Program Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the assigned program, defining and implementing program planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, execution, monitoring, reporting, and program appraisal/evaluation.

Roles Responsibilities

Track overall progress and health of program
Monitor program baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned scope, budget and schedule. Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
Analyze operational program metrics and trends to identify areas of optimization
Analyze program outputs, outcome and impact, and include in the dashboard
Analyze financial data, including program budgets and resource allocation. Provide financial reports and budget analysis to leadership team
Proactively identify risks and issues on programs advising team on the development of risk management and issue management plans to mitigate the same
Ensure adherence to program governance
Provide visibility to program and portfolio status, issues, risks, cost, etc. to internal and external stakeholders through a program dashboard
Prepare cross functional and consolidated reports for donor as per the donor requirements
Qualification Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
