Organization Profile:

Gramshree Foundation Trust is registered under Trust act in 2018 and have been working in the Tribal belt of Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh with a vision of impacting the lives of Tribal Families through women, so that they can take control of their own lives. Currently Gramshree is working through formation of Farmer Producer Groups and Producer Organization and livelihood intervention on vegetable cultivation, natural farming and value chain intervention which involve processing and marketing of produce.

Gramshree Foundation Trust is looking for young and dynamic individual with experience in the range of 4-5 years of leading a team, who is passionate to work on innovation to bring changes in the lives of rural families, especially women and Tribal. One who can spend time with community, work on building the capacity of team members, enjoy process of liaoning and is very good in report writing, making presentations, proposal development, fund raising and working with different stake holders

Individual will get the opportunity to work directly with community, plan the intervention in a cluster of villages, do the pilot and based on success of pilot build a project which can be replicated in other villages of the block.

Designation: Program Manager: Fund Raising & Team building
Location: Delhi or Kanker Chhattisgarh.
Period: Appointment will be provided for 1-year period with Annual Assessment and Renewal on mutual agreement.

Role Expected:
Managing the program implementation in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
Responsible for timely reporting to the funding agencies and maintaining the proper MIS system at the field level.
Responsible for building the capacity of field team and ensuring the proper monitoring system. Develop the system for monitoring the intervention at farmer’s level.
Responsible for fund raising and supporting senior member of organization in developing the proposal.
She/he will be responsible for Liaoning with external agencies.

Qualification and Essential Terms:
Post Graduate in Any Discipline preferably in Social Science, Agriculture, Food Technology and other from reputed Institute at National Level with 4-5 years of experience of working in Development sector, especially in livelihood and value chain.
Individual should be adoptive to work with Rural Families and stay in villages, block and District Head Quarters.
Frequent travel is required, 10-15 days travel expected per month.
Need to be ready for re-location as per the organization requirement.
Need to adopt to work in small team, work more as an entrepreneur. Must be expertise multi-tasking.
Individual should have its own two wheelers for movement in the field (Mandatory) if placed with field team.
Gramshree work with women Farmers, hence women candidates will be given preference.
One-year appointment has clause that one-month salary is deducted in 5 equal monthly installments and kept as security. This amount is paid back after completion of one-year period in the organization. If the candidates leave before one year, security amount deducted is forfeited.

Remuneration: Rs 45,000 to Rs 65,000/-

Other support:
Petrol Cost for two wheelers as per organization norms.
Mobile and internet usage expenses as per organization norms.
Travel for company work will be covered by Trust as per organization norms.
