Eligibility Criteria:

1.Gradutes in any socila science subjects with minimum three years experience in development /health sector at district level prpogrammes related to Health, livelihood program or rural development and microfinance AIDS/HIV Programmes.

2. Post Graduates in social services or one year experience in health, livelihood program or rural development and microfinance AIDS/HIV Programmes.

Knowledge and skills :

1.At least 10 days field visit required.

2. proficiency in data analysis, report writing , case study complitations.

3. overall managemnet capacity to monitor report and guide the team, under him/Her
