Profile – State Program Manager Location – Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities
To lead, monitor & supervise the LLF Women Entrepreneurship program in the designated 1- 2 states.
To ensure delivery of the program in 1-2 states by LLF’s commitment with a donor.
To manage finances and ensure and utilization of budgets allocated for the activities.
To build outreach & mobilization plans and ensure identification & selection of suitable existing/aspiring women entrepreneurs for the program.
To ensure quality training of women as per the available content.
To support trainers in carrying out training around financial literacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship development including business planning.
To support on-field team in different implementation functions--pre-training, during training, post-training and handholding.
To network and liaison with local stakeholders like state government, development agencies, and other relevant organizations for successful implementation of the program
Organize various promotional and showcasing events for highlighting the program's achievements.
To support on-field team in handholding of women beneficiaries including- access to capital, business incorporations, digital transformation, collectivization, etc.
Travel to the field as and when required.
Prepare and submit various programmatic and financial documents and reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis to the line manager.
To ensure maintaining beneficiaries’ database from time to time with a repository of relevant supporting documents.
To ensure maintaining training records, regular attendance, registration, and case stories.
Any other task assigned by the line manager that might emerge depending upon the need and opportunity decided by LLF Knowledge and Skills
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills. Strong project management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Good networking abilities with a flair for building long-term partnerships.
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proven track record in organizing showcasing events.
Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and disciplined Competencies and Abilities
Delivery of program in 1-2 states as per LLF’s commitment with the donor.
Identification & selection of suitable existing/aspiring women entrepreneurs for the program.
Quality training of women as per the available content.
Handholding of women includes- access to capital, business incorporations, digital transformation, collectivization, etc. Liaising with relevant stakeholders for program activities.
Organizing promotional and showcasing events.
Financial Management and budget utilization.
Periodic programmatic and financial reporting Qualification & Experience:
Post-Graduation with +4 Years of experience as Project Coordinator/Program Officer/State Program Manager or related position in skill development training/women entrepreneurship/ livelihoods projects.
English with Hindi/Marathi.
English proficiency and working knowledge of Marathi.
