About the Organisation: Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneurs Association (IDEA)-
SAKSHAM, is an Indian organization based in Delhi where we have taken up the mission to 
provide the Differently Abled community with the “Power of Economic Independence” by 
developing credible employability and entrepreneurship opportunities. IDEA intends to be a 
social impact venture by working towards the empowerment of the differently-abled section 
by providing them with the platform to thrive. This shall help in creating livelihood.
IDEA has 3 verticals: -
1. Employment focussed on building inclusion in the corporate landscape.
2. Incubation focuses on creating business opportunities through Entrepreneurship 
Development Programmes
3. Policy and Research focussed on integrating policies and various research projects 
concerning livelihoods.
About the Incubation Centre: IDEA-SAKSHAM is running an incubation centre in New 
Delhi to facilitate young and energetic divyangjan entrepreneurs in a structured and systemic 
order. for the differently abled community. Equipped with all the basic amenities and 
infrastructure, it would be a space where national and international employers and stakeholders
can connect easily, explore and nurture the talents of these young PwD, by providing them 
with structural and financial support through the early stages of development and change.
About the role:
Identification and Assessment: As a Training Coordinator, your role would be to identify key 
stakeholders, PwDs, NGOs, corporates, and other organizations. Once identified, a detailed 
assessment would be undertaken that would gauge the needs of the PwD, education,
qualification, skills, and ability, and also the requirements of the type of business they would 
like to set up for themselves according to market viability.
Planning and Execution: As the Training Coordinator, you will be required to plan and 
coordinate Entrepreneurial Development Programs (EDPs) end to end, and connect with key 
stakeholders for the successful completion of the program. The training Coordinator is 
expected to plan a budget for each EDP. Maintain a database of participants and follow up 
with them with relevant entrepreneurial prospects periodically.
Review and Monitoring: Support the administration of different verticals by putting in 
place a review and monitoring method to track the progress of candidates. It will enable 
issues to be identified early so that they can be escalated for a resolution to the necessary 
authorities. You will ensure the smooth functioning of EDPs.
Create a Network of Partnerships: As the Training Coordinator, you are expected to
actively build relationships with various internal teams, policymakers, partners, vendors,
and other relevant third-party organizations/bodies to leverage the best support for the 
implementation of the Action Plans.Qualification: Minimum qualification is Post-Graduation in social sciences / business
studies/MSW.
Eligibility: Open to travel within city and inter-city. Good Documentation and Communication 
Skills. A person with prior knowledge in the field of disability would be an added advantage.
Experience: Experience of 1 year, in field visits, would be preferred.
Skill Sets required:
• Mobilization of candidates for the Entrepreneurship Development Program of 
SAKSHAM-IDEA.
• Organizing Pre-EDP, and EDP by arranging the Training venue and other logistic support.
• Mapping out Training Plan and ensuring sessions are conducted as per schedule.
• Facilitate the EDP training as per schedule.
• Designing and Developing training in consultation with Vertical Head.
• Ensuring participation of selected candidates in the training program.
• Coordinating with the Resource person and local stakeholders.
• Map the budget as per the Project guidelines.
• Settling and submitting advance of training as per timeline.
• Collections of documents and record keeping.
• Field visit as per the requirement of the Project.
• Report writing of each program within the timeline.
• Developing Business Plan for each candidate.
• Providing support to the Team in Procurement and Networking.
• Regular follow-up with entrepreneurs and submit a progress report.
Location: New Delhi, India
Compensation: Based on experience and commensurate with industry standards.
